Our Signature Hospitality Services have been refined & perfected over 20 years of service in the Greater Philadelphia region:

  • Set up/Clean up Technicians  - We provide pre & post-party cleaning & organizing of the home (through our affiliate, Eclectic Domestics) , preparing of flatware & dishware, set up of event area, table decor & styling, post-party break down of tables and chairs, kitchen & other “Party Tending” assistance during your event.
  • Greeters, Servers & Hostesses - On-site services including greeting, coat check, guide/usher, hand out programs, serve appetizers, clear away dishes, etc. for celebrations, open house & holiday tour events.
  • Party & Event Concierge - Will run pre-party errands, help with menu planning, confirming vendors, shopping for food, beverages & supplies, coordinating and directing caterers and other vendors as they arrive to home or venue.
  • Beverage Staff - From Champagne, wine, & mixed drinks to coffee, tea & non-alcoholic "mocktails", our wine stewards, baristas and other beverage staff have got you covered. (Bartender & Barista packages include a basic kit of tools)
  • Private Wine Tasting Events -  We’ll bring the Napa experience to you and up to 16 guests by turning your home into a tasting room. Shop for our exclusive artisan wines with our unique, taste-before-you-buy experience. Lay out a few simple appetizers and enjoy pouring up the fun! Your personal Wine Consultant will be your guide, providing tasting tips & fun!
  • Bridal Concierge - Our on-site bridal concierge will greet bridal party & out of town guests, show accommodations, prepare refreshments, keep track of bridal party personal belongings during photos & ceremony, touch up makeup, etc.
  • Funeral Concierge-  On or off-site assistance for funeral or memorial gatherings, including house sitter, kitchen help, refreshments, coats, food & refreshments & other needed tasks.
  • Costumed Servers, Greeters or Hostesses -  Add a little theatrical fun to your gathering or fundraiser with our “Cigarette Girls”, Hula Girls, "Marilyn", "Elvis" and other costumed staff. Several themes to choose from. Call for current available themes. (Photo Gallery coming soon)
